Account and Access

ZUH-Filing requires an account issued by an authorized healthcare institution. For account activation, password assistance, access permissions, or department assignment, contact your institution's ZUH-Filing administrator.

Technical Support

When reporting a technical problem, provide the app version, device model, operating-system version, and the steps that produced the issue. Do not include patient names, identifiers, screenshots of clinical records, or other confidential medical information in an unsecured support message.

Submit the report to your institution's authorized system administrator so it can be handled through the approved support channel.
